The University of Oklahoma continues to make major strides on the recruiting trail, landing one of the most nationally recognized classes in the country. According to MatScouts’ latest Senior Big Board, eight future Sooners earned a spot among the nation’s Top 250 prospects in the Class of 2026 a sign that Oklahoma’s recruiting momentum under Head Coach Roger Kish and staff is very real. The class is headlined by multiple top-50 recruits and features balance across all weight classes, giving OU a foundation for sustained success in the Big 12 and beyond.
National Momentum in Norman
With eight recruits appearing in MatScouts’ Senior Big Board including four inside the Top 50 Oklahoma’s 2026 class ranks among the deepest and most complete in the country. The Sooners are rapidly assembling the kind of roster depth needed to compete at the national level. This marks another statement for a program determined to climb back into the national conversation. Under Coach Kish, OU’s recruiting footprint has expanded coast-to-coast, and the results are showing up in the rankings.
